We know that purchasing online can be a difficult process. Often, it is difficult to know exactly what you want, or to know what to expect when you receive your new product. We want everyone to be happy with their purchase. While we don't offer a refund policy, we do allow a 7 day exchange on product that are in there original condition when shipped and recieved. Once you receive your order, you have five days to contact us to exchange it for a different product. SPECIAL NOTE ON MASSAGERS:
Most battery operated items considered defective will purr like a kitten if the batteries are properly installed. Please read the directions that came with your new product to make sure you're getting the best use of your new toy.
SPECIAL NOTE ON LINGERIE:
Laws prohibit the return of "Intimate Wear" once it has been worn. Please refer to the sizing chart and carefully make your selection. In addition, Management approved returns that smell of perfumes or smoke or have been exposed to animals and pet hair will not be accepted for return.

WARRANTY, AND EXCHANGES
What is the warranty on your products? You have 3 days (date of receipt / delivery) for an exchange or refund your order in writing to the following address: The returned or exchanged products must be returned complete and undamaged in their original packaging and never used. Do I have to pay delivery charges when you return a product?

If you wish to exchange a product; you will need to contact email@example.com to request a Return Authorization (RA) Number. All exchanges require an authorization number. All exchanged merchandise must be in original condition, cannot be worn, altered, opened, used or anything.
